Hey Abel! Just finished listening to this episode. Definitely going to give Vit C a shot to see how I feel and to see if it helps my chronic sinus issues. Question though – What are your thoughts on high doses of Vitamin D3? Have you done an episode on that yet? I’ve been taking higher doses of D3 for about 3 years now. I’m currently taking 30,000 iu in the winter months and between 10,000 – 20,000 iu in the summer depending on how much time I spend in the sun. If I feel a cold coming on I up my dose to 50,000 iu for 3 straight days and its pretty effective at killing the virus. I’m also taking K2 with the D3 in order to prevent Calcium issues. Do you have any thoughts on this? Thanks! and love your show!
