It is true, Anavar is a very female friendly, and for the vast majority of women if they keep their use at a responsible level they will experience no virilization symptoms. However, if your dose goes too high, you can guarantee the Anavar results you see will not be the ones you desire. Further, and this is extremely important to remember, because we are all unique individuals, we will all respond to the hormone in a unique way. For this reason, some women, even with responsible use may fall prey to virilization symptoms. If this occurs, and if the woman discontinues use as soon as the symptoms begin to show they will fade away, and she will be fine.
Depending on the individual goals a beginner will find comfortable Turinabol doses in the range of 15 – 30mg per day, although this is considered a low dose range where gains will not be exceptionally dramatic by any means. Such a Turinabol dose would provide noticeable but steady lean gains and almost nothing in the way of unwanted side effects except for those most sensitive. Intermediate users would find greater progress in the way of strength and mass gains upwards of 30 – 50mg per day with still very low incidences or chances of unwanted side effects. Advanced Turinabol doses land in the range of 50 – 80mg per day sometimes higher which would of course provide more dramatic strength and mass gains but at the expense of increased androgenic side effects at such an increased Turinabol dose. In general most users find satisfactory results in the middle of the total previously mentioned doses, which would be around 50mg per day. Doses lower than 40mg per day tend to be utilized merely for the preservation of lean mass during fat loss and cutting phases.
Secondly, I wouldn’t be concerned whether or not you’re shedding. Some people shed a little bit, and some people don’t — but shedding is definitely NOT always a good sign (as you know). Some shedding is normal because of the nature of the massages. However, some people also shed because they create too much friction on the scalp skin, or they don’t allow for enough recovery time in between sessions. That’s not the good type of shed. So, don’t worry about not shedding 🙂 Regrowth is possible with or without the type of shedding you’re looking for.
