Bad effects of corticosteroids

I’ve been fighting shingles now for 6 weeks and I’m still suffering from pain where the shingles blisters were located. I started 15 billion probiotics midway thru this and was feeling better. I was taking 5 billion 3 times a day. A friend coaxed me to bump it up to 20 billion. So I did this and by the 3rd day I had a rash all over my head. I’ve since stopped and the rash has gone away. I really want to go back on it, but now I’m stuck with 20 billion capsules. Any ideas on breaking these capsules in half to take half in the morning then again at night? Or should I wait til after this shingle pain goes away? I’m sure I’m in toxic overload with having fibromyalgia and type 2 diabetes. What would u suggest I do? Thank you.

Natural supplements won't hurt you. They can only help. They won't make chemotherapy or radiation therapy less effective. Instead they amplify the power of whatever cancer treatments you may be doing by attacking cancer in other ways, or supporting the health of the body and immune system. For example, research studies have shown that when you oxygenate cancer cells, radiation therapy is more effective at killing those cells. And beta glucan, when used in conjunction with some types of chemotherapy, produced marked improvement over chemotherapy alone.

Furthermore, if today’s poor attempted to reclaim those resources for their own use and for sustainable development, it will naturally be seen as a threat to the way of life for those who currently use those resources. As described in the poverty section of this web site, wars throughout history have been because of this control of resources. World War II and the resulting Cold War were also such battles. Yet because in the mainstream this is not acknowledged it is easy to just see this as a threat and act on it, without really understanding why it has become a threat. ( Side Note As a side note, it is interesting to note that there are books and insights popping up that predict future wars will be a new kind of war; resource wars. Yet, this is what it has typically been throughout history, but fortified with ideologies and religions. Ideologies and religions offer different ways to live, and hence different ways to use resources. )

The heart and blood vessels comprise the two elements of the cardiovascular system that work together in providing nourishment and oxygen to the organs of the body. The activity of these two elements is also coordinated in the body's response to stress. Acute stress — stress that is momentary or short-term such as meeting deadlines, being stuck in traffic or suddenly slamming on the brakes to avoid an accident — causes an increase in heart rate and stronger contractions of the heart muscle, with the stress hormones — adrenaline, noradrenaline and cortisol — acting as messengers for these effects. In addition, the blood vessels that direct blood to the large muscles and the heart dilate, thereby increasing the amount of blood pumped to these parts of the body and elevating blood pressure. This is also known as the fight or flight response. Once the acute stress episode has passed, the body returns to its normal state.
